Skidmore College, a "tree-hugging, clove-cigarette-smoking, vegetarian" type of liberal arts college, came out No. 1 on the Review’s "Reefer Madness" ranking. UO was No. 7, Lewis & Clark No. 15 and Reed No. 17, the Review reported. Schools were ranked among the 379 "best colleges" covered by the Review’s 2014 guide.
